Alice in Wonderland

My aunt Michelle is a teacher at an elementary school and each year she directs the school play. She has been doing it every year for I think 11 years, but I have never been to see it. This year was special because both of my cousins were in the play and it was Jordyn's last year and Taylor's first. In addition, Michael is still here for a few days and we thought it would be something kinda fun to do together while supporting our extended family.

So, Michael, my mom, Cade and I made the hour and a half drive up to Whittier to watch the play! Cade did much better than I thought he would. He really really wanted to climb onto the stairs in front of the stage during the play, which apparently was frowned upon...whatever :) During intermission, we went outside and climbed on rocks and threw dirt which made my little boy so happy. After the play was over and pajamas were on, he zonked out on the ride home.

It is so nice to have such a mild tempered child who will go almost anywhere and can be entertained and content. I think I better go knock on some wood now....
